A 61 sqm one-bedroom apartment is rented furnished as in the photos, located on the third floor of a historic building. The apartment has been recently renovated and is finished in detail with design elements. Layout The entrance leads directly to the living room with an open-plan kitchen; through a short corridor with custom-built wardrobes, we access on the left a full bathroom with a shower, and directly ahead we enter the large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and TV. There is the possibility of using a communal terrace equipped with a view of the Colosseum. Location We are in the heart of the Celio district. This centrality makes it an excellent solution for living in the heart of Rome on foot, but if necessary, a few hundred meters away we have the Tram and Metro B (Colosseum) interchange, and an 8-minute walk to Metro A (Manzoni). The neighborhood offers excellent activities for evening life, and thanks to the internal view, the apartment remains completely protected from the liveliness of the Night Life.
