Bosisio Parini is a small municipality of about 3,400 inhabitants in the province of Lecco. It lies on the shores of Lake Pusiano and is part of the Lambro Valley Park. Popular with nature lovers for its verdant surroundings, its cycling and hiking trails, the beautiful surrounding countryside with its crystal clear lakes and natural beauty invites you to explore it. There is a lido on the shores of Lake Pusiano that allows swimming from June to September. The city of Lecco, about 13 km away in 14 minutes by car, and the provincial capital of Como, about 23 km away, can be easily reached in about 36 minutes by car. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
