The Villa of Corso Genova in Chiavari was built about a century ago by order of Angelo Campodonico, who emigrated from the hamlet of Campodonico to Rosario de Santa Fè in Argentina. At the entrance, a painting celebrates the link between Italy and Argentina, while the initials of the owner are engraved on the gate. The project of the villa is attributed to the architect Gaetano Moretti, a relative of the Campodonico family and dean of the Faculty of Architecture of Milan. Moretti designed, among other things, the cemetery of Chiavari and the Government building of Montevideo. According to the architect Guido Campodonico, the villa stands out for its originality, inspired by the Viennese villas of the early 900, which Moretti knew well. The paintings that decorate the villa are the work of the painter Luigi Agretti , known for his many works in the churches of the area and the interiors of the railway station of La Spezia.

Commission Details
The task of mediation for our agency and our agents of real estate is awarded by signing the specific document, or rather, in the case of absence, by the realization of tasks of the services attached in our brochure, our sketches of real estate and related clauses. The compensation for mediation (commissions) must be paid by the buyer and is calculated from the purchase/sale price of immobile. The buyer is charged with tax of registration, notary costs, land and mortage taxes.
