Piandimeleto: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the municipality of Piandimeleto, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, included in the historically famous geographical area of Montefeltro and it is a small municipality with an important medieval castle called "Oliva Counts' Fortress", from the noble family of the ancient owners and now owned by the church , where in July is re-enacted the homonymous Palio, recalling the ancient splendors. The location is extremely interesting as, in addition to being residential and quiet, cause it is absolutely barycentric, a sort of navel of Italy, very close to renowned historic villages of Tuscany, Umbria, Romagna and the Republic of San Marino. The Marche and precisely the Pesaro's coast is a few dozen km away, as well is the stupendous context of the Frasassi Caves, the largest and most important in Europe, as well as the most interesting tourist areas of the Pesaro and Fabriano, such as the "The Furlo Gorges" and the naturalistic heritage of the Genga area.
