Ancient farmhouse in the Casentino hills

In an extremely panoramic position, among the green and unspoiled hills of Casentino, there is an old farmhouse renovated in 1993. The Farmhouse is spread over three levels for an area of about 300 square meters. On the mezzanine floor, through a scenic entrance where the old wood-burning oven is still present, there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower floor, on the other hand, there is a tavern with kitchen, storage room and technical room. All floors are connected by an internal staircase and also accessible from the outside.
