New four-room apartment with garden in Clarina

The project involves the construction of two adjacent buildings for a total of 10 apartments. Each building will have an independent entrance and stairwell. It is also planned to build a basement, where double and single car garages will be built. On the ground floor there is the power plant and a large bicycle room. The building has been designed with the most modern concepts of green architecture and energy saving, in order to reach the highest energy class (CLASS A+) and to equip the housing units with large private outdoor spaces. Since the first design phases, the utmost attention has been paid to issues related to energy saving, always starting, however, from considering the quality of living and everyday practicality as essential and indispensable. The heating/cooling system foresees that the thermal plant will be of centralized type with accounting of the heat pumps - water and each apartment can decide the level of heat in the environment thanks to at least 3 thermostats per housing unit.
