Canzo: Location and surroundings of this property

The town of Canzo enjoys a central position in the so-called Lariano Triangle and is a well-known tourist and holiday destination for many noble Milanese families. Practically equidistant from Como, Lecco and Bellagio, easily reachable in just over 30 minutes by car, it is also located about an hour from the Malpensa airport and 5 minutes from Erba. Erba is a lively town with all the features of a modern city with regards to services, the presence of numerous shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, nightclubs and boasts numerous scenic and cultural attractions. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
