In one of the most evocative naturalistic locations in the area, we reach our villa, situated on the top of a hill overlooking a park of 15,000 square metres. The villa, skilfully renovated in 2005, retains the charm of an ancient and elegant dwelling while meeting the requirements of contemporary space and comfort. The entrance, opposite a beautiful staircase, leads on one side to a private area with a sitting room, wardrobe room and guest bathroom; on the other side, it gives access to the large living room - with a privileged view of the panorama of the hills - and the kitchen, which is habitable and served by a pantry.
