The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, in the absence of this, with the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and related clauses. The registration tax, notary costs, cadastral and mortgage taxes are charged to the purchaser.
