This magnificent estate, founded in 1850, is located in Chiaramonte Gulfi, an area known for its lush olive groves and vineyards. Surrounded by hills and gentle slopes, it is a center of excellence for the production of olive oil from the “tonda Iblea” variety, of high quality and internationally recognized, protected by the DOP Monti Iblei consortium. The property is designed like a small village around a charming courtyard paved with white stone, connecting the various “dammusi,” ancient kitchens, large warehouses with stone vaults, the residential unit, and a private chapel. The spaces retain their original layout, divided according to the old functionalities.
