Commission Details

The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, failing that, through the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and ralative clauses. The mediation fee (commission) to be paid by the buyer is 5% plus VAT, calculated on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission is considered accrued, due and payable at the time of formation of the purchase agreement between seller and buyer (i.e. with the signing by the promising seller for acceptance of the purchase proposal sent by the promising buyer). In Puglia srl (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia srl) and its real estate agents are therefore entitled to demand immediate payment of the commission upon the occurrence of the aforementioned circumstance. The registration tax, notary costs and cadastral and mortgage taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. In Puglia srl disclaims any responsibility with regard to the information provided on the site as the same comes from the selling party and / or its trusted professionals. In Puglia srl considers such information to be true and assumes no responsibility regarding the topicality of the same as well as any omissions or inaccuracies. It is understood that the selling party without prejudice to its obligations towards In Puglia srl, will retain the right to sell the property to third parties until the signing, for acceptance, of the proposal sent by the promissory purchaser. The latter is obliged to communicate whether the property proposed to him by In Puglia srl has already been previously viewed by him. For anything not provided for herein, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code shall apply.
