The small town of Pasturo, a summer and winter sports resort in Valsassina, is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, about 20 kilometers from the beautiful city of Lecco. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
