Alassio is a charming town on the coast of Liguria, located on the Riviera di Ponente, along the bay enclosed between Capo Mele and Punta Murena. The historical centre of Alassio is characterised by a charming maze of streets, known as the 'Budello'. This area is full of shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Here we also find 'il Muretto', which is a local icon. The Muretto is a long wall where tiles are set with dedications and signatures of celebrities who have visited the town over the years. Alassio is famous for its fine, golden sandy beaches.
