Colico Piano: Location and surroundings of this property

Colico is a municipality in the province of Lecco. It is located in the northern part of Lake Como and it is the most important town in the area, which is often identified as its Colico branch. Colico is well served by the Navigation service, which offers connections to other locations around the lake. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
