Borgomale: Location and surroundings of this property

Borgomale (hamlet of apples) is a typical village located at the gateway to the Alta Langa, characterised by its imposing castle perched on a hill overlooking the Berna torrent, the Enoteca Comunale with its evocative tuff 'Crutin'. It has a very elongated territory, about 10 km in length, stretching from Ponte Mabuc in the north to the banks of the Belbo in the south. The small but characteristic historic centre rests on tufa rocks behind the castle and retains the grace and charm of the medieval village. In addition to its ancient history, Borgomale also stands out for its renowned focus on food and wine, boasting fame for its typical hand-rolled breadsticks and dairy products, which can be savoured in the many trattorias and by visiting the surrounding farms.
