Lierna lies on the eastern shore of Lake Como, between Mandello del Lario and Varenna. Lierna is home to one of the largest free beaches on lake Como, Riva Bianca. The famous “Sentiero del Viandante” passes through here and connects Lecco to Colico. The city of Lecco can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (approx. 15 km) and the city of Como is about 41 km. away. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
