Elegant villa with garden in the city

This is an elegant villa from the beginning of the 20th century, designed following regular and simple canons with architectural hints reminiscent of a timid Art Nouveau. The sober and elegant style is characterized by porticoes on the façade and large terraces with stone seating. In a position above the ring road of Catania, the entrance is on the via Santa Sofia, and through an access ramp flanked by thick vegetation you reach the open space in front of the entrance of the villa. The access to the villa leads through one of the loggias on the ground floor and is dominated by a beautiful solid wood staircase and ceramic tiled floor. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the living area, with the double living room, dining room, kitchen and all service rooms. From the dining room, another loggia leads to the garden, with a short monumental staircase and a stone fountain. The first floor houses five bedrooms, one of which is a suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. All the rooms have their own bathroom and there is also a lift from the ground floor to the first floor. On the east and west side of the first floor are two large panoramic terraces.
