Commission Details

The mediation assignment to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, in the absence of this, with the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate sheets and related clauses. The compensation for the mediation (commission) to be paid by the buyer is calculated on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission is considered accrued, due and payable at the time of the formation of the purchase consent between seller and buyer (i.e. with the signing by the promising seller for acceptance of the purchase proposal sent by the promising buyer). Levante Real Estate S.r.l. (affiliate of Engel & Voelkers Italia Srl) and its real estate agents have the right to immediately request payment of the commission upon the occurrence of the aforementioned circumstance. The registration tax, notary costs and cadastral and mortgage taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Levante Real Estate S.r.l. declines any responsibility for the information reported on the site as it comes from the selling party and/or from the seller's trusted professionals. Levante Real Estate S.r.l. considers this information to be truthful and assumes no responsibility for its up-to-dateness or for any omissions or inaccuracies. It is understood that the selling party, without prejudice to its obligations towards Levante Real Estate S.r.l., will retain the right to sell the property to third parties until the proposal sent by the prospective buyer is signed for acceptance. The latter is obliged to communicate whether the property proposed to him by Levante Real Estate S.r.l has already been viewed by him previously. For anything not provided for in this article, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code apply.
