The property is surrounded by terraced italian gardens, lovingly looked after, throughout the year we witness the blooming of fragrant roses, mediterranean flowers and bushes and hedges that create dreamy shapes. And the forest, true witness of the ancient forest from salento, tall stone pines, oaks, bay leaf and pittosporum trees grow in a quiet harmony. The main part of the building, boasts several rooms, a reception room and a industrial kitchen on the ground floor, on the first floor eight superb bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A spacious balcony wraps around the front of the property providing a breathtaking view of the countryside and the gardens, from the back a view of nature with dry stone walls, prickly pears and olive trees creating a unique atmosphere.
