The area's strong point is its renowned bay: from the tower that dominates the coastline, there is access to a long beach of golden sand interspersed with coves framed by dense Mediterranean scrub and lapped by an emerald green sea. Towards west: Sa Tuerra, Porto Campana, Spiaggia de su Sali, and Su Giudeu, also known as spiaggia de s'Abba Durci ('fresh water' in Sardinian). It is an expanse of sand surrounded by high dunes covered with centuries-old junipers. In front of the beach of Su Giudeu ('the Judean octopus' in Sardinian) there is an islet that is easily accessible due to the shallow water separating it from the mainland and is characterized by a rich marine fauna. Behind the shoreline is the Spartivento pond, a precious natural oasis and habitat of the pink flamingo. At the western end of the coast, Cala Cipolla. Reachable only on foot, it is a small bay enclosed by a rocky promontory that separates it from the more extensive coastline. From Cala Cipolla, a panoramic path leads to the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento, from the top of which the entire southern coast of Sulcis is dominated. Thanks to their shallow waters, all the beaches along the Chia coastline are particularly popular with families with children and with underwater fishing and diving enthusiasts. Chia is also an ideal destination for surfers and kite-surfers. The area is also a destination for trekking and mountain-biking enthusiasts because of the old Roman road that starts in Santa Margherita and offers breathtaking views of the coastline. The area is served by restaurants, bars and supermarkets and is about 50 km from Cagliari, its port and airport, and only 18 km from Pula.
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
