An oasis with a door on the water

The flat welcomes us with an imposing central corridor where we can relax while listening to music or where we can organise fun dinners with friends; on the left side we find a large equipped kitchen with direct access to the quiet courtyard, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with an extra-size shower and laundry room. On the right side, we find a romantic double bedroom overlooking the canal, with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The heart of the house is the living area, rich in ornamental details thanks to the exquisite work carried out by the owners, who have been able to recover the soul of this ancient workshop where the marble tiles used by the renowned Venetian architect and designer Carlo Scarpa were produced.
