The property is located in the municipality of Pienza, immersed in the unique landscape of the Val d'Orcia national park (a UNESCO heritage site), and a few km from the spa towns of Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Chiaciano Terme, which is about ten minutes away by car and where, among other things, all services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. It can be reached from both the north and the south via the A1 highway, which is about 15km away from the property, while the closest train station is Chiusi, about 20km away, with local and fast trains to the main Italian destinations. The closest airports are those of Rome, approximately 180 km away (less than 2h by car) and Florence, approximately 130 km from the property.
