A walk to do the shopping among the stalls of Rialto is a tradition -and a small pleasure! - for those who, like us, are lucky enough to live in Venice. Rialto is in fact one of the oldest island settlements in the Venetian lagoon (Rivoalto) as well as being the site, since 1097, of one of the oldest markets in Italy. We pass there today, also admiring the Grand Canal from the Riva to reach the spectacular building that we are going to discover. Impressed by the beautiful Gothic windows, we cross the condominium entrance hall and the private courtyard to arrive at our apartment. The spacious living room of over 35 meters welcomes us and amazes us with its exposed beams and the high ceilings. An unforgettable room that takes us back to another era thanks to its mullioned window and Venetian floor. The living area is completed by a large eat-in kitchen. Returning to the majestic living room we arrive at the master suite, decorated with an original whitewashed floor. A study that could easily become a comfortable walk-in closet precedes the large bedroom, where you can admire the Venetian sky through the trilobed arch window. A second bedroom with walk-in closet and a large bathroom awaits us on the other side of the property to reach the nice terrace where you can read and relax under the stars. A large storage room on the ground floor completes this elegant property, the perfect place for afford the luxury of fully experiencing the charm of the Serenissima.
