The mediation assignment to our agency and our agents real estate is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, in the absence of this, with the use of services listed in our brochure, in our sheets real estate and related clauses. The compensation for the mediation (commission) to be paid by the buyer is calculated on the purchase/sale price of the property. The commission yes considered accrued, due and payable at the time of formation of purchasing consent between seller and buyer (i.e. with the signing by the promising seller for acceptance of the purchase proposal sent by the promisee buyer). QuattroK S.r.l. (affiliate of Engel & Voelkers Italia Srl) ed your real estate agents have the right to request therefore the payment of the commission immediately upon occurrence circumstance cited. Registration tax, notary costs and taxes land registry and mortgages are the responsibility of the buyer.
