Numerous shops invite you to stroll. If you're looking for a vibrant nightlife and cosmopolitan flair, you'll find the charming Swiss city of Lugano just a 20-minute drive away. Trails like the one from Monte Lema to Monte Tamaro are great for hikers of all skill levels and provide an impressive insight into the many facets of the area around Lake Lugano and Porlezza. The provincial capital Como is 49 km (a 65-minute drive) away, the city of Lecco 38 km (80 minutes). The village of Menaggio with its renowned golf club can be reached in about 21 minutes. Milan, with its international airports Malpensa and Linate, can be reached in an hour and a half (93 km).
