Building in the historic centre

An independent building on four above-ground levels in the historic centre of Palermo, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo. On the ground floor we find an entrance hall from which we access the other levels. A staircase leads to the first floor, characterised by a one-room apartment with a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a small balcony. Next, on the second floor, we find a second one-room apartment consisting of a small hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom and a further small balcony. The last level consists of a small attic with a window. The property is currently used as a B&B and yields more than 10% per annum, net of all expenses (also by outsourcing management to third parties).
