Description
Two imposing centuries-old sophore japonics guard the entrance to the manor house built in the early 1900s. The villa has the typical square plan shape and red brick facade typical of the buildings that stand on the rolling hills that characterize the landscape between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi. The main part of the villa has undergone a recent conservative restoration and structural consolidation of the subfoundations, chains and re-roofing. On the ground floor we find the hall, kitchen and a study with vaulted ceilings. The first floor houses four bedrooms and a bathroom. Arrangements have been made to install two new bathrooms. Some rooms in the villa, both on the ground and in the first floor, are now used as cellars and storage rooms. The main villa covers an area of about 380 square meters. A short distance away there is an old outbuilding of about 40 sqm. The property land, which is buildable, covers an area of about 5,700 square meters and is home to about 100 olive trees. There is also a brick well and a large rainwater cistern.
