Description
In this 1980s villa it is evident that the designer was inspired by the five points of modern architecture enunciated by "Le Courbusier" in its conception and construction, which is based on the replacement of load-bearing walls with a reinforced concrete skeleton, supported by pillars on which the floors rest. The building is thus supported by four pillars that raise it and detach it from the ground, giving a modern imprint to the whole building. On the ground floor there is a porch of over 54 square meters and a large garage of 43 square meters. A staircase and an elevator serve the first and second floors as follows: entrance, kitchen, a beautiful, bright and large fully glazed living room with a splendid livable terrace overlooking the green garden, study room and a service. On the second floor there are four bedrooms and three very spacious bathrooms. In the basement there is a cozy tavern with fireplace, a study, a bathroom, the cellar and the boiler room. The villa is surrounded by a luxuriant tree-lined garden that covers the 1500 square meter lot.
