The property is located in Chiesa di Lavarone, and in the immediate vicinity there are a supermarket with newsagent and tobacco, a pastry shop, bars and restaurants, the post office, two banks, sports facilities for tennis and football, as well as the chairlift to reach the slopes of the ski carousel back in the Ski Area Lavarone Folgaria. Together with the suburbs of Gionghi and Cappella, the town of Chiesa is one of the most important fractional centers of the Lavarone plateau and is probably the oldest. It revolves around the large and sunny square and the parish church, dedicated to San Floriano, flanked by the ancient building of the rectory. The square is bordered to the south by the imposing Grand Hotel Astoria, the most visually striking structure, witness of the thirties and symbol of the most qualified tourism tradition of Lavarone. Just beyond opens the basin of Lake Lavarone, wrapped and almost hidden from the wooded slopes. To the north, we find the rocky massif of Vigolana. Church has many hotel facilities, private apartments and shops. A comfortable walk leads to the lake. This is where Sigmund Freud loved to spend his vacation. For lovers of mountain biking and trekking we recommend the path of the "100 km of the Forts", which follows the different fortifications of the Great War on the highlands.
