180.13 kWh/m²aThe area where the flat is is quiet and served, a stone's throw from Prato Della Valle, one of the symbols of Padua. Prato della Valle is a wide elliptical square which, in addition to being the largest square in Padua, is one of the largest in Europe (88620 m2), second only to the Red Square in Moscow. It is a monumental space characterized by a central green island -called Isola Memmia- in honour of the mayor who commissioned the work.
