Sistiana: Location and surroundings of this property

Sistiana is part of the municipality of Duino-Aurisina, and it is an important tourist center in the province of Trieste with its wide bay, also called Sistiana Mare, where there is a marina, bathing establishments, restaurants, bars and the exclusive marina of Portopiccolo. The bay is home to one of the oldest Italian sailing clubs, such as Pietas Julia and to the Yacht Club Čupa. Towards Duino we have the beautiful white cliffs with a panoramic walk that runs along the coast: the famous Rilke Path. The area up the hill is where the main urban settlement is located, which is surrounded by the hills (Colle di Sistiana), the woods and a dense pine forest. Sistiana is located 10 km from the cosmopolitan city of Trieste and 130 km from Venice and can be easily reached from all Italian, Central European and Eastern European locations. Trieste Airport is only 15 minutes away by car and the junction of the A4 motorway is just 3 minutes away.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is affected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
