Project in Badacsony

The project is located on the sunny south-western slope of Badacsony, in a nearly 3 ha priority tourist area, based on wine culture. The concept of the project was to preserve the existing classic 1,300 m2 cellar and expand it with a new function, so the 4,359 m2 central building provides space for 16 55 m2 apartments, which are built by a high-quality wellness empire and numerous wine-related server function completes. On the plot, the 15 luxury-quality small guest houses with green roofs will enclose a park interior in a loose structure, in addition to which a friendly outdoor pool area will also be created. The project places great emphasis on energy awareness and adaptation to natural values. Complete documentation related to the final building permit is available.
