Commission Details
The brokerage contract with us or our agent comes about through the commissioning of the brokerage activity in text form (e.g. e-mail with confirmation of the intended use). The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the legal regulations on the division of brokerage fees in Croatia. According to this, the commission is regularly earned and due for both parties (owner and buyer) in the amount of 4% plus statutory sales tax at the applicable rate of 25%, i.e. currently a total of 10% of the purchase price including statutory sales tax in the case of a preliminary contract or notarial contract. The amount of the gross commission is subject to an adjustment in the event of a change in the tax rate. Land transfer tax, notary and court costs are borne by the buyer.
