Close to the famous Villány wine region there are ready plans for a wellness hotel and a commercial-service building complex on the property, which have been agreed with the local municipality. The site is fully serviced and is zoned VK1 according to local regulations, therefore it can be planned for any other function. The proposed complex will comprise a 457-room hotel, a 200-seat a'lacarte restaurant, an executive restaurant and café, a 400-seat conference centre, a spa/wellness unit and a commercial and service area. A key element of the complex will be the hotel wing "A", which will be built using the structures of the old building that will be retained.
