In the building there is a reception, constant security and underground garage. The apartment has undergone a costly renovation by an architect and has a practical layout: the entrance area consists of an open concept that connects the living room, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with electronically controlled push system, Siemens appliances, a wine cellar, a coffee machine and an induction hob with integrated hood. There is also a bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. In the loft area of the apartment there is a central bathroom and two bedrooms with access to a terrace facing east towards the quiet courtyard. The apartment has two air conditioners on the lower floor and one air conditioner on the upper floor, natural materials such as wood, stone and glass.
