Kallitechnoupoli is a residential area in the municipality of Rafina. It is densely populated in the center near the port but has large areas with parks and green spaces as well as two large beaches, the first one next to the port and the second one the popular Marikes beach. Kallitechnoupoli is one peripheral district of Rafina west of Marathonos Avenue at the foothills of Pendeli. The distance to the International Airport El. Venizelos is aprox. 20 minutes away. In smaller distance is the Suburban station of Pallini.
