The area is built on the foothills of Poikilo Oros and it borders Petroupoli, Ano Liosia, Ilion and Zefyri. Accessibility: Kamatero is accessible via Fylis Avenue, which connects the center of Athens to West Attica. There is, also, a trolleybus line that connects the area to Agios Antonios metro station in Peristeri.
