The house is located in a quiet side street in the villa district of Sa Coma. The beach is within a 10 minutes walking distance. Sa Coma is a popular tourist resort between Cala Millor and Porto Cristo. There are many nice restaurants and cafés along the seafront. A variety of shops and both smaller and larger supermarkets offer good shopping opportunities. The main attraction is the long fine-sand beach and the peninsula of Sa Punta de n'Amer with an old defence tower in the middle of a nature reserve. The beautiful harbour town of Porto Cristo, which is busy all year round, and Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca with the famous Rafael Nadal tennis academy and international public school, are only a few minutes away by car.
