House distributed on three levels On the ground floor there is the garage, the cellar, a lounge or game room with its fireplace, a courtesy toilet and the laundry room with access to the outside. On the first floor we find: 2 entrances, an office, kitchen with fireplace and an exit to a small terrace, a large living room with fireplace and two exits to the terrace, the dining room, a courtesy toilet, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor there is: a suite, a master suite, (both with access to a large terrace and its bathroom), a double bedroom and a single and a bathroom with bathtub. The house has an alarm system, a legalized well with lots of water and an irrigation system. The house is located in an area not far from the center of town but you have a feeling of being in the middle of nature.
