What’s your name and where are you from?
Hey, I am Alex and come from the beautiful Lübeck. A big city near Hamburg.
What do you do at E&V Technology?
I've done a lot in the last five years and now work as a product expert. Together with Christian Eschermann, Renann Prado and Volodymyr Kishlaly I work in Team Master Data. We are currently working on transferring our master data into the world of microservices.
What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?
I worked in a very large team for a long time. Now we are concentrating on significantly smaller product teams. It is sometimes difficult to keep track of all teams. But with our weekly stand-ups and meetings, we're doing a good job!
My typical day at E&V includes..
There is hardly a "typical" day at Engel & Völkers Technology. We face new challenges every day. But this is exactly what makes the day exciting. We are in constant contact with our engineers and spend a lot of time developing new concepts.
What technology are you most excited about working with next?
MS Access...
