What’s your name and where are you from?
Moin Moin, I’m Kambiz, born in the north of Iran and grew up in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein. However, I just moved from Berlin to the beautiful city of Hamburg.
What do you do at E&V Technology?
I’m Team Lead for E & V Technology Finance. This mainly includes the topics Controlling, Procurement and Contract Management.
What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?
Fortunately, I have still the "puppy license", since I started in December 2017 at E&V Tech. For this reason, the current challenge is to identify and question all processes and their dependencies. Our goal is to build a modern finance structure for a very agile field.What technology are you most excited about working with next?
Since I'm not a classic techi, unfortunately, I can not throw around like my dear colleagues with tool names :)What was a great surprising thing you discovered after joining E&V?
The incredible friendliness of the colleagues and the constant search for improvement. Please do not get me wrong - that's what all companies say about themselves - but here it is really lived and is also in the DNA of E&V Tech!... with a dash of milk in the morning, on vacation on a nice warm beach somewhere in the world - then it could also be a cocktail :)
