What’s your name and where are you from? 

I'm Cicil Thomas and I'm from Kochi, India.

What do you do at E&V Technology? 

I’m a software engineer working in the Customer Platform team. I primarily work on Java and Golang microservices.

What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?

To understand the different components of Owner App and its overall architecture within a short time was a bit challenging. But my awesome colleagues was always there to answer my questions and help me with the process.

My typical day at E&V includes..

Meetings, discussions, a lot of code and coffee.

What technology are you most excited about working with next?

Kubernetes, golang and machine learning are exciting. I'm also very interested in conversational AI.

What was a great surprising thing you discovered after joining E&V? 

It’s the work culture, colleagues are friendly and helpful. Everyone is so passionate about what they do.

I like my coffee …?

I like tea, but a sweet, hot coffee is hard to resist.
