What’s your name and where are you from?
Felipe Pastor and I’m from Brazil.
What do you do at E&V Technology?
I’m a Software Developer, working in T-Box project.
What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?
We are introducing new concepts in the frontend, with that comes some re-work and reimagining the best approach for it. In the near future, we would like to have our components well integrated over the projects.
My typical day at E&V includes..
My typical day starts with a cold bottle of water and a mug of tea, then in the first hour I’ll recap with my colleagues what we need to do to achieve on the day, looking in the board for new tickets, and then but not least programming some cool stuff.
What technology are you most excited about working with next?
I’m focusing more in the frontend part, working a lot with Javascript and some libraries/frameworks like React, Redux, Material-UI and a bunch more that come up and it’s not hype. And I’m really excited to work more with CI/CD and understand how we can take advantage of it and prevent some bugs.
What was a great surprising thing you discovered after joining E&V?
The company culture and how we are preparing for the next few years. It’ll be awesome to help and be part of it.
I like my coffee…
Double Americano. Simple, gives you a lot of energy, also it’s really good.
