The brokerage contract with us comes into effect through the confirmation of the use of our brokerage services in text form. The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the legal regulations for the division of the brokerage fee that came into force as of 23.12.2020. According to this, the brokerage fee will regularly amount to 3.48% on the purchase price including statutory VAT for both parties (owner and buyer) and is earned and due upon notarial conclusion of the contract. The amount of the gross commission is subject to adjustment in case of tax rate changes. (From 1.7.2020 - 31.12.2020 the VAT rate is 16%. From 1.1.2021 the VAT rate will be 19% and therefore the brokerage fee on the purchase price will then be 3.57% incl. statutory VAT).
