Pestana Tróia Eco Resort & Residences, located on the heavenly Tróia Peninsula, has more than 180 units of tourist accommodation. Pestana Tróia

In Tróia you'll find a three-bedroom detached villa with 110 square metres of gross private area, a five-minute walk from the beach, located in the Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort condominium. The villa comprises an open-plan lounge and kitchen, one bedroom and two en suite. It is sold furnished and on a fractional basis, i.e. it has 4 fractions: A, B, C, D and ¼ of the property is sold. The fraction is used for 15 days every two months. You can take advantage of this or put it on a rental system. The condominium has various services such as two restaurants, a fitness centre & spa, swimming pool, tennis court, paddle tennis, multi-purpose courts, cycle path and a kids club. It's 1 hour from Lisbon, opposite the ferry exit.
