In Malasaña, the most dynamic neighbourhood in Madrid, full of students, alternative and vintage shops, bars, music venues where you can listen to live music. With places full of history, such as the Plaza del Dos de Mayo, El Palacio de Liria, or the Cuartel del Conde Duque, which is also a centre of culture and art. The gastronomy of the area is worth trying. It is perfectly communicated with several nearby stations such as Noviciado station, and the property is equidistant from the stations of Tribunal, Santo Domingo, Callao or Plaza de España. However, it is in such a good location that you can walk to the city centre, as all facilities are within walking distance. Madrid is full of legends, the Calle del Pez owes its name to a legend from the 18th century, when a well-known priest, Don Diego Enríquez, still lived there. He had a spectacular piece of land with a beautiful lake full of fish, which passed into the hands of Juan Coronel. They were playing with little Blanca, Juan Coronel's daughter, but the workers who were renovating the house took water from the lake and it became dirty, only one survived, and it was removed from the lake until it was cleaned, but the fish did not survive. Juan Coronel wanted to engrave a stone fish at the entrance of the house, he wrote an inscription: "Casa del Pez".
