After walking down an avenue of cypress trees we reach the top of a small hill where, in a sunny and panoramic position, we find a large farmhouse from the mid 1800s that has been perfectly restored. The farmhouse is located halfway between Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno and is a few minutes from all services, while enjoying excellent privacy. The main farmhouse measures about 460 square meters and is ready to live in. From the main entrance opens a large and bright living area with kitchen equipped with an island and living room where there is an efficient thermo-fireplace.
