In the Reischach sports zone, nestled in a unique natural setting of forests and biotopes, there is a 9-hole golf course as well as the wellness and bathing oasis Cron4 with its 5 different pools and a sauna area of over 3000m2 with 13 different sweating possibilities. Reischach is a touristic area with different possibilities for sport and free-time activities and it is also enhanced through its proximity to the city of Brunico.
The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/Exposé and its terms and conditions. The agent's commission in the amount of 4.00% on the purchase price plus the compulsory VAT shall accrue from when the Purchaser becomes aware of the acceptance of his/her purchase offer (proposta d'acquisto) by the Seller.
