One of the most unique areas of the capital for its variety and great infrastructure with six schools, several nursery schools, a clinical outpatient clinic, a speciality centre and its wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants. At the same time, the residents of this charming neighbourhood enjoy the marvellous Parque del Oeste, considered one of the lungs of Madrid. In addition, the district has excellent communications thanks to its proximity to the M-30, the A-6, the Carretera de Castilla and the Moncloa Interchange. With direct access to the mountains of Madrid, and on the other hand, access to the centre of the capital, this is a great area to live.
