The impressive building houses a Spa, a quaint coffee shop and 4 other rental tenants. This office has 2 separate spacious office areas, i.e. for a reception area and and a main office, both air-conditioned. There is no load shedding, a separate prepaid electricity meter, as well as fibre which is included in the rental. There is a general cleaning lady for the building, and should you want to make use of her services it will be a monthly fee of R380.00. This office offers a quiet working environment and beautiful surroundings.
